Financial Adviser – Bondi Junction Office Robert is a Certified Financial Planner CFP®, and has a Diploma in Financial Planning.
Robert has almost 40 years’ experience as a financial adviser. It was Robert's vision and foresight that saw FTS Financial Planning commence business in 2005. Robert is also a Director of FTS Financial Planning. Robert helps his clients plan successfully for their long-term goals, build wealth, and manage life transitions (such as retirement or loss of employment). In particular, Robert has a special interest in assisting a variety of people including senior executives and retirees. He also provides intergenerational advice to many families and sees his role as a ‘financial coach’ assisting clients to reach their lifestyle and financial objectives. Robert says he enjoys helping clients to achieve their dreams and goals.
Financial Adviser – Young Office
Emma is the FTS Practice Manager as well as a Financial Adviser. Emma has been working in the Financial Planning Industry since 2006 and has been an Authorised Representative, advising clients since 2008. She joined FTS Financial Planning as a Planner in their Young office 2010. Emma has completed numerous degrees including a Bachelor of Arts/Commerce, an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services, Self-Managed Super Fund Specialisation (2013) and Aged Care Financial Planning Specialisation (2015). Emma is also an Associate Financial Planner® and member of the FAAA. Emma can further assist clients in retirement strategies, accumulating wealth, insurances, estate planning, succession planning and gearing.

Alex is a Senior Financial Adviser who joined FTS in September 2022. Alex has been in the industry since 2007 and provides high-quality financial advice to all his clients. Alex has worked for large organisations including NAB and AMP. Alex is looking forward to being able to provide advice to you. Alex will take the time to get to know you as a client with the first step being to understand your goals, aspirations and current financial situation. If you are seeking scoped financial advice on a single issue, Alex will ask just as much as is necessary to fulfil your objectives. However, if you want a detailed financial plan, Alex will conduct a more in-depth analysis of your financial goals, attitude to risk and present financial position – including your income, assets, investments and liabilities.
Daniel has been with FTS since July 2021 and completed the Professional Year in January 2024, Daniel brings the latest industry insights and a dynamic approach to financial planning. Daniel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce where he majored in Economics and has recently completed a Master’s Degree in Financial Planning. Daniel possesses a thorough understanding of financial markets and economic trends. Daniel plans to work with retirees and accumulators, offering strategies and advice tailored to their unique financial goals.
Charles 'Charlie' has worked with FTS Financial Planning since its inception in late 2005. Charlie has over 25 years’ experience in the financial planning industry and previously worked with Towers Perrin Financial Planning and Price Waterhouse Coopers Financial Planning. Charlie is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), a member of the FAAA, and a former chartered accountant. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Economics with majors in Accounting and Tax. Charlie has extensive experience in formulating and implementing strategies that provide tax efficient outcomes and assist clients with achieving their goals and objectives. Charlie has worked as an adviser in a variety of different market environments and has experience with a broad range of strategies, products, and investment platforms.
Administration – Young Office
Jackie joined FTS in November 2018 after working in customer service with the Roads & Maritime Services for 38 years. Jackie is in charge of a number of administrative tasks, including making appointments for clients, compiling client reports and documents as well as implementing client instructions. Jackie works part-time and assists all advisers. .
Malkelia ‘Kel’ joined the FTS team in May 2023. Kel was previously a Duty Manager for an RSL Club in QLD where she has over 8 years’ experience in the hospitality industry. After moving back to Young, Kel decided she needed a change of pace and moved into the financial administration space. Kel has become an expert at front of office tasks and will be happy to take your call for an initial appointment or your schedule regular appointment.
Josh joined the Young FTS team in December 2022. Josh brings previous Financial Planning experience in a client service role after being with AMP Financial Planning in West Wyalong for over 4 years. After a short stint at a local law firm, Josh decided it was time to get back into the Financial Planning industry. Josh can assist you with appointments, client reporting and preparing advice documents.
